About AEC Agent
AEC Agent is built by SPAIRL for architects, designers and plan reviewers who want a second reading of a drawing before it reaches site.
What it does
AEC Agent is a regulatory evidence service that works through the AI agent you already use. You keep your drawing in your own agent, such as Claude or ChatGPT, and ask about circulation, spaces, compliance and areas. The agent asks AEC Agent which regulation clauses apply and compares them with what it sees in the drawing.
Every regulation statement carries the official title, clause number, region and page range, and links to the original page of the source document so that it can be verified. Comparisons with a drawing are labelled as potential issues for review by a qualified professional. They are not legal advice, a compliance determination or professional sign-off.
How access works
AEC Agent is in a pilot. Anyone can register with a verified email address and answer a short questionnaire. An administrator then reviews the registration and activates the member, who sees the regulation libraries they have been given access to. The Pilot plan is free. Paid plans for one professional, a practice or a software team are listed on the AEC Agent home page at aec-agent.spairl.si, and our team sets them up with you when you write to management@spairl.si. There is no online payment.
Who we are
AEC Agent is operated by SPAIRL from Surat, Gujarat, India. Write to management@spairl.si with questions about the service, access or the regulation libraries.
