# AEC Agent by SPAIRL

> SPAIRL's AEC Agent is a chat plugin for the built environment. Upload your plan in the AI agent of your choice, then ask about circulation, spaces, compliance and areas, and let the agent flag risks before they reach site.

AEC Agent gives an AI agent governed, clause-cited access to building regulation libraries. The agent reads the drawing itself; AEC Agent answers the regulation side.

## When to use this

- A user wants a DXF or IFC building plan checked against regulations and the answer must cite the clause, region and page.
- A user asks what a development control regulation, building code or national act requires for circulation, spaces, areas or safety.
- You need the original source page of a regulation clause to verify a statement.
- Do not use it for legal advice, a compliance determination or a professional sign-off. Label comparisons with a drawing as potential issues for review by a qualified professional.
- Never send drawing contents, file names or values extracted from a drawing. Send regulation questions only.

## How to call it

1. Add the MCP connector https://aec-agent.spairl.si/api/mcp (Streamable HTTP).
2. Authenticate with OAuth 2.0 (authorization code with PKCE, dynamic client registration). Discovery: https://aec-agent.spairl.si/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource then https://aec-agent.spairl.si/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server (also https://aec-agent.spairl.si/.well-known/openid-configuration).
3. Call list_libraries first, then search_regulations and get_record. Cite each statement with the official title, clause number, region and page range from the result.

## Access

Access is by registration and administrator approval. Create an account, answer the questionnaire, and wait for activation. The free Pilot (practices) and Sandbox (developers) plans start this way. Paid plans are set up with you by our team; write to management@spairl.si for the plan you want. There is no online payment.

## Plans

Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST. The full tables are on the AEC Agent [home page](https://aec-agent.spairl.si/).

- Pilot (practices): Free, 200 requests a month
- Professional (practices): ₹1,499 / month, 1,500 requests a month
- Firm (practices): ₹4,999 / month, 8,000 requests a month, shared
- Sandbox (developers): Free, 1,000 requests a month
- Builder (developers): ₹7,999 / month, 50,000 requests a month
- Scale (developers): Custom, From 500,000 requests a month

A request is one call to AEC Agent: a search, reading a record, or a graph query. Unused requests do not carry over.
