The service

AEC Agent gives your AI agent, such as Claude or ChatGPT, and your own software, clause-cited answers from building regulation libraries. Every plan opens every regulation library.

Answers are research support. They are not legal advice, a compliance determination or professional sign-off: check each clause on its original page, and have a qualified professional review any finding about a drawing.

Your account

You sign in with a verified email address. A new account starts with a free sample. Keep your sign-in to yourself; an administrator may disable an account that is misused, and a disabled person cannot come back on a new account with the same email address.

Plans and renewals

Prices are in Indian rupees and are what you pay. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is added. The price of each plan is on the Pricing page and in Your plan before you pay.

A plan that renews (Starter, Professional, Studio or Builder, monthly or yearly) renews until you cancel it. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

If the renewal payment of a plan that renews each month fails, the plan keeps working for 3 more days while Razorpay tries again. If it still fails, the plan stops. A yearly plan that is paid as one payment renews when you pay the payment link we send you before the year ends; if the link is not paid, the plan simply ends.

A pass, Sandbox or a top-up is one payment for a fixed time and does not renew. Changing plan means buying the new plan; the unused time of the plan you held becomes extra days on the new one.

When a price changes, you keep the price you bought at until you change plan.

Limits

Each plan allows a number of requests in its period and a number of requests a minute. A request is one call to AEC Agent from your AI agent or your software: a search, reading a record, or a graph query. Using the website is not counted. An identical request repeated within a minute is not counted, and neither is a request that was refused or failed. A search that finished but found nothing is counted. Unused requests do not carry over.

Developer API keys

API keys come with Sandbox, Builder and Scale. A key works only while you hold one of those plans, and it acts as you: keep it secret and withdraw it from Your plan if it is exposed.

Refunds

We do not refund anything already paid. Cancelling keeps your plan working until the end of what you paid for.
